Luca Fantin helped establish Il Ristorante, in Bulgari’s flagship Ginza Tower in 2009, and is also the
executive chef at Bulgari Resort Bali, opened in 2017. Il Ristorante has been awarded a Michelin Star in the
Tokyo guide for over six consecutive years. Known for its exquisite cuisine and fresh interpretation of classic
Italian cuisine, he crafts contemporary Italian dishes combining Japan's finest local ingredients with
seasonal imported ones . Chef Luca is the only Italian chef to receive a Michelin star in Japan.
