Fatih Tutak , the young chef from The House on Sathorn is from Istanbul , Turkey. In his early years , he was
inspired by his mother’s home recipes and fell in love with cuisine . His experience includes Noma in
Denmark , Nihonryori RyuGin in Japan and restaurants in Beijing , Hong Kong and Singapore . Fatih
transforms his worldwide travel experiences into a series of delicacies , and by means of modern culinary
techniques that combine with Turkish recipes , he reveals the uniqueness of his cuisine .
“In the past , I put together the cuisines I learned in different countries as a series of menus , my recipes are
the memories and the stories that I have walked through” explains Fatih . However , by constant learning,
discovering and searching , he has combined modern cuisine with Turkish recipes in dinner menus with the
hope that more people would come to know Turkish delicacies .
